The Foundry Team

When metals are “foundered”, they are melted down and combined, refined in the heat, poured into a mold and cast. They are then broken free, deburred and polished, leaving something that is stronger, more beautiful, and with greater purpose than what each possessed on their own. We derive our inspiration for why and how we operate from this process!

The Foundry was formed in the collaboration of Craig Cobb and Corbin Shullanberger with the simple premise that the greatest things come from the greatest people. If these individuals are allowed the opportunity to come together in collaboration, the best ideas will remain and make everyone better for it. The idea is that the best qualities of each individual will become a part of a whole, making The Foundry stronger, better, smarter, and more beautiful with each new team member.

If this girl wants to learn how to do something, she will find a way. Chloe pours her heart into each task she takes on and pays more attention to detail than you could imagine. She loves her team and wants to continue to help them grow together each and every day!

Destiny is compassionate, kind, and committed to everything that she sets her mind to. She has an amazing amount of patience and willingness to help those around her. She is constantly thinking of others, and truly cares about her team members and the experience that we provide for our guests. Destiny is continuously working to better herself and strengthen our team so that we may provide the utmost service to our community.

CAITLEN (CAIT) BUSH

GUEST CARE TEAM LEAD

This reliable and compassionate gal joins our Foundry Family as part of our Guest Care Team! She brings her upbeat attitude and positive energy to the team and can always help put a smile on your face. Her personal motto is ‘Everything happens the way it's supposed to and it's all going to be okay!’ She shows this to be true in her everyday activities and strives to help inspire others to not sweat the little things. When Cait is not working, you can find her spending time with her fur babies and volunteering at her dog’s daycare!

KRISTI LAMPKIN

Kristi is a positive ball of energy when she is working. She is dedicated to what she does and always comes in with a great attitude. Her personal motto is ‘you are confined only by the walls you build yourself’, and she loves to live by this everyday. When Kristi is not at work, you can find her crafting/decorating, spending time with her husband or taking care of her bunnies. She helps contribute to the positive atmosphere we uphold at the Foundry!

JAYNA HUNT

Meet Jayna, a patient, hardworking, and empathetic gal who finds joy in the simple moments of life. At the Foundry, she brings a unique blend of skills and traits! These consist of excelling in building relationships with guests and team members, thriving in problem-solving under pressure, and expertly managing multiple tasks simultaneously. With a deep passion for the beauty industry and a sense of belonging among team members and guests who feel like family, Jayna couldn’t dream of working anywhere else!

KENEDY LEBLANC

Kenedy is such a ray of sunshine in the salon! She brings her thoughtfulness, organization and dedication to our Foundry Family and is such a hardworking team member! She has decided to make The Foundry her home salon because it is where she can be most comfortable! ‘Everyone is so different but they all have great traits to contribute to the team. The aesthetic of the place felt like home since the second she walked into the salon!’ When Kenedy is not at the salon, you can find her spending time with her family and enjoying every second with her little sister!

AMANDA FRAZIER

Introducing Amanda, a compassionate and outgoing gal whose presence radiates love, patience, and warmth. Whether it's lending a listening ear or offering a helping hand, Amanda embodies the qualities of empathy and understanding. She brings a unique set of skills and traits to the table, including reliability and fluency in both English and Spanish. For Amanda, the Foundry isn't just a salon—it's a place where she can grow and learn alongside a talented team of individuals.

MEGAN (MEG) BODIN

This charismatic gal joins the Foundry Family with so much to offer! Between her generosity, integrity and organized spirit, she has the basis of what we are all about. Megan has joined the Foundry team because she knows that our team motto aligns perfectly with everything she personally believes. She is excited to develop deep rooted relationships and make the Foundry her second home!

GABRIELLE FALGOUST

Friendly, compassionate, and joyous, Gabrielle is a vibrant presence at the Foundry, where she brings a warm and welcoming spirit to every interaction. With a personal motto of "Today may be hard, but there's always a brand new tomorrow," Gabrielle approaches each day with optimism and dedication. In her free time, she loves to unwind by hanging out with their best friends and indulging in movie marathons. These moments of relaxation reflect their easygoing and joyful nature. At the Foundry, she excels in her role by being attentive to stylists’ needs, providing comfort to guests as they arrive, and staying proactively engaged during downtime. JADEN JACKSON

With her driven, passionate, and outgoing spirit, Jaden brings a vibrant energy to everything she does. When she is not at work, you’ll find her cherishing time with my dog and family or exploring new dining spots with friends. Her personal motto, “cherish the small joys in life, they always turn out to be the most significant,” guides her in both her personal and professional life. At The Foundry, Jaden’s enthusiasm for people and dedication to customer service come to life. This role perfectly merges her love for beauty with her desire to connect with others, making every day fulfilling and exciting. She is grateful to be part of a team that feels more like a family than a workplace. CORBIN SHULLANBERGER

Working with 23+ years in this crazy and beautiful business, Corbin displays his passion for hair and community involvement! He is amazed by what people can do when they are given the right tools, a little direction, and are then set free! Corbin is all about immersing himself in things that matter most and loves the opportunity to support different causes around the community. When he is not working alongside his team, you can find his team working alongside him in the continued support of the Believing for Bryleigh Foundation. In addition, Corbin will always jump at the opportunity to further education for his team. Whether it be hosting, attending, or even teaching a class, you can find his passion pouring out as he continually demonstrates his drive and love for what means the most to him.

During his time in the industry, he has had the opportunity to learn from different artists around the world and he loves to pass on his knowledge to help grow the minds of current and upcoming artists. MEGAN JANDT

Inquisitive, free-spirited and giving are three words you can use to describe Megan! She has joined our Foundry Fam and brought along her empathy and curiosity for human interaction! She loves creating bonds with each of the guests that sit in her chair and loves to ensure they get the best experience. Megan is passionate about her work and pays attention to each detail during the process. When Megan is not at work, you can find her and her daughter exploring everything the world has to offer and making memories together!

ELISA PARTIDA

Elisa is our salon glam gal! After her time in the industry, she had honed in on her craft and joined our Foundry fam! She loves styling with makeup, outfits and accessories to see different looks come together! Lisa has also brought her energy, empathy and easy-going vibe along with her. When Elisa is not working, she loves to be hiking, traveling with friends and exploring places around the U.S. she has never been. Her everyday motto is a quote by Maya Angelou which reads, ‘people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel’. Whether you find yourself needing a quick touch up or a full face look, Elisa will provide you with what you need….not to mention a detailed and educated experience along with it. We encourage you to bring your makeup questions or a clean face canvas, as Elisa is excited to show you what she has brought to the FUN side of beauty!

TIFFANY LIMA

Tiffany is tenacious, creative, and curious! She is passionate about blonde and dimensional blended colors, and she is excited to be surrounded by an inspiring team of talented artists to continue to grow in her craft.

JESSIE SMITH

Jessie is one of a kind! She is fun-loving, positive, and crazy about her dog! Jessie plays a strong role in making The Foundry Team all that it is. She is always setting new goals for herself, and is determined to reach each and every one of them! Jessie’s favorite part about being a stylist at The Foundry Salon is making someone smile while doing what she loves alongside her talented mentors and peers.

ALLISON (ALLIE) ANDERSON

Allison is a fun-loving and outgoing hairstylist who brings passion to every aspect of her work. With a personal motto of "to live each day as if it were the last," she approaches her craft with enthusiasm and creativity. Her love for learning is evident in her eagerness to embrace new opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Allison considers The Foundry her second family and cherishes the supportive and inspiring work environment it provides. Allison also serves as part of our Bridal team, where she can further express her creative freedom in updo styling!

REENE BERRY

With 20+ years of experience in the hair industry, Reene is still eager to learn and continue to transform her craft. Her passion comes out in color corrections and she absolutely loves making her guests feel welcomed when they are in her chair. When Reene is not doing hair, she loves spending time with family, kids and friends.

SHELBY SMITH

Shelby is an honest, hardworking, passionate girl who lives to brighten everyone’s day. When she is not around, you can feel that something is missing. She was one of the first to join our motley crew and has undeniably influenced our level of service and enhanced our sense of humor.

Veronica has furthered her passion for the industry by also immersing herself in the makeup aspect and staying up to date on different looks and trends. Passionate, patient, and creative are just a few words to describe Brittany. She is a dedicated individual who has found her new salon home! With the personal motto "to be successful the first thing you must do is fall in love with your work," Brittany approaches her profession with dedication and a deep love for what she does. Her commitment to her craft is evident in the patience and compassion she brings to the Foundry. PRINCESSA (PJ) MORENO

PJ is our expert in all things braiding! If you dream about a braid, she can make it come to life! PJ is hardworking, determined and has the patience to tackle any task that comes at her. ‘Head up, chest out, move forward without a doubt’ is her life motto and she demonstrates this each and every day! Upon visiting our salon, PJ loved the teamwork she saw and the comfortable and heartwarming aesthetic of the salon. She loves the community involvement and can not wait to see the opportunities she is offered while furthering her career at the salon!

YOLANDA ORTEGA

This bubbly and kind-spirited stylist gives her all each and every day. If you ever find yourself needing a ‘pick me up’, Yolanda is your go to gal! She is eager to broaden her knowledge of the beauty industry and has already worked towards expanding her skillset. From nails to hair, Yolanda has no problem letting her creativity shine!

WILLIAM WALLACE

Live in the now! That is William’s motto and he stays true to it! He likes to take each moment as it comes but also reminds himself not to get too caught up in the little things. William has brought his loyalty, skills and dedication to our Foundry Fam and we could not be more happy to have him. He has made the Foundry his second home and is excited to continue his education in order to perfect his craft!

HANNAH DONE

Flexible, ambitious and cheerful; these are 3 words to describe Hannah! Hannah has joined our Foundry Family as part of our Guest Care Team and will soon be transitioning to our Spark program. She has made The Foundry her home salon because she loves how the salon radiates passion and hardwork! Hannah believes this has inspired her to better herself each day! She also believes that everything happens for a reason and you should always treat people with kindness!

CALEIGH SCOTT

This down to earth girl loves to live her life just the way it is! Caleigh has a light-hearted spirit and looks for every opportunity to further her education and knowledge. In her down time, she loves giving back to the community and assisting in the preservation of the Earth and its ecosystems. Caleigh has come to the Foundry because she feels as though a wave of comfort had washed over her since the moment she stepped in the door. She knows she is meant to grow her knowledge with our team and strives for each opportunity to do so!

JAYLEE (JJ) JAEGER

JJ knows how to keep calm in the midst of chaos! This laidback gal knows just how to help when the team needs her or when she notices a roadblock ahead. She gives her all, each day and will never hesitate to lend a hand. JJ’s personal motto is “you will face many defeats in life, but never let yourself be defeated.” She stays true to this motto and you can definitely recognize the hard work she puts in on a daily basis! JJ has made The Foundry her home salon because she knows that we strive to provide the best for each person that walks through our doors!

GRADYN BASS

"Treat others how you would like to be treated!" This is Gradyn’s personal motto and he lives by this each and every day. Gradyn uses his problem solving skills and creativity to help tailor the interaction for each guest that sits in his chair. He loves to ensure that each person feels welcomed and has an amazing experience, while they are in the salon. When Gradyn is not at work, you can find him participating in outdoor activities, shopping or just enjoying his downtime! He has made The Foundry his home salon because of its diversity and how welcoming it is for all different types of people in the community!

TAYLOR CANSECO

You are sure to have a smile on your face after a few moments in the chair with Taylor! This extroverted gal is always looking to engage in conversation with anyone! She loves talking to new people and is dedicated to building her craft inside and outside of work. Taylor’s personal motto is ‘Carpe Diem’ and she lives by this each and every moment. There are many reasons that Taylor chose The Foundry however, she loves the supportive atmosphere and appreciates how everyone has each other's back. You can catch Taylor living passionately through her work on a daily basis!

MICHELLE WILLIAMS

This passionate and hardworking gal loves the welcoming and positive energy flowing between the walls of The Foundry and that is what has drawn her to our team! Michelle has impeccable attention to detail and loves to make people feel good about themselves! One of her personal mottos is ‘you can achieve anything you put your mind to’, and she proves this to be true everyday. When Michelle is not at work, you can find her creating lasting memories with her friends and family or enjoying live concert experiences!

ALEEA VANPROYEN

Aleea is bringing her passionate, creative and empathetic attitude to our Foundry Family! She loves diving into the educational opportunities that arise and loves how committed our team is to growing each stylist! Aleea’s personal motto stems from Jeremiah 29:11 “for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. When Aleea is not behind the chair, you can find her dancing or enjoying ice cream with her friends!

ALIESKA STROTHER

Meet Alieska, a creative and caring gal with a touch of hippie flair! She has brought her determination and dedication along with her, as she has joined our Foundry Fam! When she is not crafting stunning styles, you'll find her soaking up moments with her beloved dog and cherished family. With exceptional multitasking abilities and a passion for learning, Alieska thrives on connecting with guests and bringing their hair dreams to life. Sitting in her chair is sure to bring you on a journey of style and self-expression together!

ROSE MIDDLETON

At the Foundry, the genuine commitment to education and individual success resonates deeply with Rose! Her passion lies in helping others, coupled with an open mind for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. With a personal motto of "Try everything twice," she approaches hairstyling with creativity and versatility. Beyond the salon, her happiness is found in the company of friends and dogs, cherishing the pure joy in other people's happiness!

GRIFFIN CARPENTER

Guided by the personal motto, "passion is energy so let that energy lead you to success," Griffin approaches each day with enthusiasm and determination. With a passion for creativity and a heart full of warmth, Slater brings a unique blend of skills and personality to The Foundry. Described as welcoming, supportive, and delightfully silly, she ensures that every visit to the salon is both enjoyable and affirming. When she is not working her magic with hair, Slater loves creating memories with friends and family, indulging in shows and listening to music.
