There is no one like Alana! Determined, caring, and proactive, she pours her heart into everything she does, from connecting with guests to supporting her Foundry family. Known for her strong work ethic, team spirit, and ability to collaborate with variety of people, she helps make the salon a place where everyone feels welcome and valued. Outside of work, Alana is happiest spending time with loved ones, experimenting with hair and makeup, or expressing her creativity through art. She lives by the motto, “God has a plan for us all; though we may not see it or understand why… everything happens for a reason,” and carries that faith and optimism into both her personal life and work.
